Terms & Membership Policy
This page is maintained by CreativeBeeBook. Last updated: July 2026.
1. Membership accounts
Creating a CreativeBeeBook account is free. You need an account to sync your read-aloud voice, speed, volume and highlight settings across devices, to share family reading lists, to publish your own ebook, and to manage a Premium subscription.
- You must provide a valid email address, and you are responsible for keeping your password private.
- Accounts are intended for parents, carers, teachers and authors. Children should use the app with an adult's account and supervision.
- One person may hold one account. Do not share your login with people outside your household.
- You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us.
2. Free and Premium access
A free account gives you the free books, the free colouring pages and read-aloud storytime. Premium unlocks the full library, narration on every title, games and printables.
- Premium is US$4.99 per month or US$29.99 per year, billed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change with notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
3. Refunds
If something goes wrong with a purchase or subscription, contact us and we will review it. Digital downloads that have already been delivered are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Publishing your ebook
Publishing with CreativeBeeBook is free and you keep 80% of royalties on eligible sales. By uploading a book you confirm that you own the rights to it, that it is suitable for children, and that you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, narrate and distribute it on CreativeBeeBook. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, resell or redistribute books, narration audio or printables outside your household or classroom.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing material.
- Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the service.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Continuing to use your account after an update means you accept the revised terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
